TAT for RTS items is 5-7 businesses days (excluding weekends and holidays).
TAT for all custom items is 21-28 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
If granted, anyΒ changes in orders will result in an additional 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately. Please note, colors may appear different in pictures than in person and distressing for custom items will vary & may not look exactly as the picture. Β We do not replace lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office if this happens. Once packages leave my possession it is no longer B&D responsibility.
