IF it is a mistake that has been made on my end then I will always do right by fixing. We would discuss the best option to resolve the issue. If a return/refund is decided on then you will have 5 business days to ship back to me from the date that you have received your item. Your refund will be processed once I have the item(s) in hand. Anything past 5 business days will not be refunded. If there’s an issue it’s best to reach out immediately.

You’re responsible for your child’s sizing. I will always do my best to help by providing a size chart (if asked) to help you determine what size to grab. I’m not responsible if an item doesn’t fit correctly. We use a variety of different brands and not all brands run the same. If you’re unsure then please ask for a size chart to help you best determine.
